Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are fulfilled on a first come first served basis. All handmade items have a standard processing time of 3 to 4 weeks. (Please note that during peak wedding season in the United States, Feb-July, order processing times may be 5-6+ weeks). When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated arrival date. When your custom ring is finished and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
Rush Orders - A 10 Day Rush Order upgrade is available on a limited basis for $50. As a rush, your order will be completed during overtime hours, nights and weekends and will be ready to ship within 10 calendar days. A limited number of rush orders are available each week. Shipping transit times will be in addition to the 10 Day Rush, so please confirm rush availability and your rush deadline before placing your order.
Insurance
All orders are shipped fully insured for the purchase price up to 750 USD. Orders exceeding 750 USD may require additional charges to the rates below. Any items lost or damaged in delivery will be replaced at no additional charge. Please note that USPS has a grace period of 15 days before a package can be declared lost. Other domestic carriers may take up to 20-30 days. International carriers may take 30 days or more.
Shipping Rates
Domestic - USA
Free Shipping - USPS First Class Package shipping is provided free of charge for orders totaling less than $50 and/or containing items that do not require shipping insurance. (Includes: Leather Ring Holders, 3D printed sizing rings, etc as indicated on the product page.)
Standard Shipping ($14.95) - USPS Priority 1-4 Day shipping is the standard option provided for all ring orders. Includes full coverage insurance. Please note that the 1-4 estimate does not include processing time. For handmade items the estimated delivery date is the processing time plus the 1-4 day shipping time.
Express Shipping ($34.95) - USPS Priority Express 1-2 Day shipping is provided as an option as checkout. This option is recommend for customers who have a tight schedule. For example, if the estimated delivery of standard shipping is within a single day of your wedding ceremony, you may wish to consider Express Shipping so that your ring arrives a few days early.
International
Please check import duties or VAT for your country by visiting your governments trade office website. Most trade departments provide a fee calculator. If not, please email us and we'll help you confirm if additional fees are required. Import tariffs or fees may be due when your package arrives and we want your ring's arrival to be filled with excitement and not unexpected fees.
USPS Priority Mail International ($28.95) - This shipping service is estimated at 6-10 days, but that estimate varies significantly depending on your country's customs procedures and coordination with local delivery. This package will be handed off to your local mail/parcel provider for final delivery.
USPS Priority Mail Express International ($45.95) - This express service is estimated at 3-5 days delivery to your local customs and fulfillment office. Final delivery to you can vary depending on local procedures.
Preferred Courier - If you have a preferred courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc), or an upcoming deadline, please note the courier in your order or notify us via email and we will try to accommodate. We can prepare a custom estimate for your order on your preferred courier.
